I dont see how anyone uses these stupid arse ipods. What a joke. A buddy gave me his ipod, and im trying to put some mp3s on it lol to no avail. WTH hahahah  It wont even recognize the ipod as a removable disk. If you look at my computer...you see it pops up IPOD removable disk  then disappears like i just unplugged the mp3 player. It does this constantlyy. I look online and its like foooking rocket science. I will not install any stupid program like itunes ect ect  i should not have to.  WTH   who uses these stupid things

BTW  xp 64bit   i guess it wont work

PS   this is the end of my rant............double ps  FOOOOOK APPLE

iTunes for Windows sucks more than Ch00k. Seriously. thumbsup Use something like Songbird or one of the other iTunes alternatives out there. I don't think you can just drag and drop. You will need something like iTunes to manage your iPod. Or just buy a Mac. iTunes works perfectly in OSX. toothy3

I got the sony walkman,  I really like it.  Does all the stuff ipod does, without the annoying ipod software on ur puter.  Songs transfer very nicely.  I still use napster and amazon for all my music.

after some trial and error,  still wont work. It wont sync up to my comp. It shows its connected then disconnects   then connects  ect ect all day. My buddy is going to try to update the ipod. I read on the "internets" that some ipods are not 64 bit compatable. Ill stick with my tried and true sansa mp3.  My wife wants an ipod lol gay  No apple products in my house wo0t  well not ipods or macs hahah   only mac thats invited in my house is  mac teeeeeets    pottytrain2
