I think this will be my last fps on pc there for I think id like to buy a new card....not that i cant play without a new one but it would help me play better then i already am toothy3 knowing this game i may not even buy one but incase the game takes off later, im looking for something that will maybe give me 50 + frames with everything on low no clue what my fps is like now but my guess would have to be 20-30 or less. I was thinking Sli but didnt help much ppl... ill maybe try and sell this one and get something like the 7800 heard the prices have gone down since i bought the 6600.

Any suggestions nothing ati though and I already have the ASUS6600gt 128mb

I went for the eVGA 7900 GS KO. Awesome cards. I really can't be happier with them. Right now they're going for about $200. Great performance for that price. I would say that they're really the sweet card for price to performance ratio right now.

One thing to keep in mind is that they are only DirectX 9 cards. So if you're really wanting to play games like Halo 2, Crysis, or Alan Wake in all their glory, you'll need a DirectX 10 card like the 8800.

Whichever way you go, I would definitely recommended eVGA. They've got a lifetime warranty which includes coverage for overclocking and aftermarket mods. Basically as long as you don't physically break the card, they'll replace it. As well, they have the Step-Up program which allows you to trade in your card within 90 days and you pay the difference between your current card and the new one. The only downside is that for Canadians, we do have to pay for shipping and possibly duty if Customs can't read that it's a replacement part.

Nobody has one around here, well they do but there all over 75 bucks and theres no way im paying that much. So i went to newegg and bought one for 20. Waiting for it to come  they say the 3rd   bah   so ill have the game like 3 weeks before i get to install   ROFL   hopefully Vegas will like the new Lite-on dvd drive    CROSS YOU FINGERS

Got it up and running    and i think   eehhhh

Just reminds me how bad ass RvS was. Hopefully this game will grow on me.  So Nec DVD burner = no good,  Lite-on dvd drive 18.99 at newegg  works fine.

RvS was ok but RS was the dogs 'nads... shame about the cheaters though. If it had not been for them I can think of at least 8 MoFo's who'd still be playing it.

That's the card i am using right now, and Vegas runs great on it.
