I'm kidding, in order to become a MoFo; you have to be asked to join.
We don't ask just any John Doe" to join. The kind of people we look for must:

• Show respect for fellow gamers.
• Show respect for other MoFo's.
• Not be a dick.
• Not be a whiner.(ie: if you're in a game and it lags, simply leave. don't complain)
• Not be a backseat host.
• Not be a cheater.
• Be active and should have a decent connection.
• Try to get on TeamSpeak
• Post regularly on our forums; it shows a willingness to be a contributing member of the community.

If you meet the above you should have no problem getting into MoFo.
